Yoga meets Stand Up Paddle Boarding! Acadia SUP offers approximately 75-minute SUP yoga sessions two nights per week all summer long.
SUP yoga is the perfect way to connect with nature and get an amazing workout at the same time. Classes are designed with all ability levels in mind and can be as easy or hard as you want to make them. No previous SUP or yoga experience is necessary.
